The owner, Laura Johnson, started Make Believe Parties in 2001, so that she could stay home with her son, Benjamin. She was looking for a interesting new business following eight years as a teacher for Hillsborough county schools. Her experience as a teacher and a mom
helps her create and develop wonderful interactive celebrations for children of all ages.
